- All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
Terms of Warranty
- All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Prices
- All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during special promotions.
- Quoted prices are valid only for stated qty. Any variation in quantity will result in a difference in price.
- Prices do not include printing charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery services
- Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$1000.00 and delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing
- We accept Cash, GIRO or Company cheque payments.
- 50% Deposit on order confirmation. Balance on delivery.
Cancellation of Orders
- Change of items or cancellation of order is not allowed after order confirmation. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. Buyer is liable to pay the full amount if cancellation is made after confirmation.
Confirmation of Orders
- Offer is subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Please confirm stock status with us before confirming order.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies for all items. Please check with us the MOQ for required items
Exchange & Refunds
- All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
